We had a family celebration at our house for Tanner. He wanted money, because he had a plan to save up for a Nintendo. Tanner could not wait to go shopping, and he went shopping that very afternoon. The NINTENDO was too much money (from what he had). Rather than holding on to the money, Tanner spent it. He got a bike, a some fancy shoes, and a few more things. He just can not hold onto money. If he has a dollar, he will find a way to get over to Sonic and spend it. He just has a hard time saving. But, he was really pleased with his purchases. He wears his shoes everyday, and his bike is super cool! We went to dinner on his actual birthday, and the girls bought him drum sticks and a CD. On his actual birthday, he also performed in the San Tan Talent show. He sang the song, "You can Count on Me" by Bruno Mars. He sang it without music. It was so good, and the crowd loved it! He was super nervous, and we were not sure he would make it through. But, he was wonderful! All and all it was a great birthday for Tanner.
