Our first official camp-out with Grammie Lin and Papa over spring break went off without a hitch (well there was a hitch for the trailer, but you know what I mean). We had a great time! We stayed at Houston Mesa Campground in Payson. We arrived on Friday afternoon, and everyone was ready for lunch. Grammie prepared lunch, and Papa prepared dinner. We enjoyed hanging around their camp-site the first day/night. Mallory especially enjoyed Papa's hammock! The kiddos liked their area better than ours. They ran around and played games around their site. On Saturday, after our trip to the NATURAL BRIDGE, we went to Strawberry/Pine area for lunch. We thought that we would browse around, but there really wasn't much in that area to see. So, we stopped for lunch. When we got back to the site; everyone was tired from our hiking adventure. We did the best thing that you can ever do in the mountains................NAP! Then the Tapia's prepared dinner this night, and we hung out by the fire. It was a little chillier the second night, but our trailer kept us all warm and cozy. It was a great time! The kiddos love their time with their Grandparents. Always great memories.
