Tanner loved playing "Harry Potter". 
We had a very low-key family New Year's Eve. We went out to run some errands, but everything was closed. So, we did the next best thing besides shopping..............eating at "In and Out Burger". Kenny and I tried to push SUBWAY, but we were out-voted. I have to admit...."it was better than SUBWAY". Then we stopped off to buy some fire-crackers. We headed home to watch our 2 movies (Vampires Suck and Knight and Day). Before starting our night fun, we had to clean up a bit, and we needed to take down the Christmas Tree. So, around 9:00 we started our movie with popcorn and sparkling apple cider (of course I had a pomegranate martini). Once the movies were over it was midnight. So, we went out to do our sparklers and fire-crackers. It was fun! We hooped and hollered in the freezing night air. Poor Aubrey got sick that night, but she tried so hard to enjoy the festivities.
